Support our Social Survival Skill classes! These soft-skill sessions assist returned citizens in navigating corporate job landscapes, workforce trends, and social barriers. Through week-long, in-depth seminars, we aim to help individuals break traditional and nontraditional barriers hindering their success on our mission.
Our mission is to provide long-term strategies for Pre-Apprenticeship construction-related vocational skills training, employment, and workforce development. To ensure diversification with minority inclusion in the construction industry, to attract business partnerships, investments, and community-wide collaboration, leading to sustained economic recovery and growth.
We aim to transform discouraged, dislocated, disadvantaged populations through our innovative program initiatives. We have strategically planned separate components to their program and supportive services for all year-long employment services to aid residents with invaluable hard-skill training and social survival soft skills to create an understanding of the self, environment, and employment dynamics.
As we move through the economic crisis brought on by the global COVID-19 pandemic. Our workforce agenda is clear, with a trajectory pointed towards effective and lasting support for the unemployed, unskilled workers from Missouri's East of Troost and Kansas City's metropolitan areas.
We have employed over 750 clients and construction training participants in the Kansas City Metropolis.
We are still going STRONG with our statement of Public Good.
